Tiara B., widely known as EsthiQueen, is a visionary leader in the beauty and wellness industry. Founder of the Esthi brand, where she has transformed self-care into an accessible, results-driven experience.

Her dedication to skincare research led to the launch of her Health & Wellness product line, EQ Skincare, catering to both men and women. What started as a small operation in her dining room evolved into multiple locations across Metro Detroit & California.

 

Recognized for her expertise, she made history by opening the first Black-owned healing spa in her city and took her commitment further by advocating for minority businesses. Her leadership earned her a seat on the Human Relations & Zoning Board, making her the sole African American representative.

Today, Tiara partners with corporations, offering wellness experiences that enhance workplace culture and employee well-being. She also mentors and trains beauty professionals worldwide, sharing her expertise through content, e-books, online and hands-on coaching.
